Properties boxes

Here you'll find a description of various tabs in Vitalware Properties boxes:

The Security tab is used to determine who is authorized to access / use the item (a report, Record Template, etc.) which is specified in the Properties box:

To provide users or groups with access to the item specified by the Properties box:

  1. Double-click a user / group name in the Names list.

    The user / group is added to the Access list.

    -OR-

  2. Select a user / group in the Names list and click Add.

To remove a user / group's access to the item specified by the Property box:

  1. Select the user / group in the Access list.
  2. Click Remove.

To remove access from all users / groups listed in the Access list:

  1. Click Clear.

To confirm any changes made on the Security tab and close the Properties box:

  1. Click OK.
